At WowDecor, we want you to love your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to help you return or exchange items based on the following guidelines.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging you received it.
  • If the item was a decor piece, it should be free from any damage or alteration.
  • We do not accept returns for products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as “final sale”

Please review product details before purchasing to ensure the item is returnable.

4. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible. Ensure that it is in its original, unused condition.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us at the provided return address. Please note, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  4. Return Confirmation: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item. You will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Please include photographs of the damage or defect when you contact us to expedite the process.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
